A Proud Father and Husband Bo is a devoted husband and proud father who understands what matters most to Wyoming families. Like so many across our state, he knows that working families are being squeezed by high costs, and he wants his children — and yours — to have the opportunity to build successful careers right here in Wyoming, raise their own families in the communities they love, and enjoy the freedoms that have made Wyoming great for generations.
Expanding Wyoming Energy Bo believes that Wyoming is the backbone of American energy independence. Our coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear, uranium, and rare earth resources are essential to national security and economic prosperity. Unleashing Wyoming's energy potential is also one of the fastest ways to lower costs for working families. While Washington liberals work to shut down our mines and eliminate our jobs, Bo will be an unwavering champion for the hardworking men and women who power America. He will fight every day to stand with our coal miners, oil and gas workers, and uranium producers and help President Trump deliver the affordable, reliable baseload energy that keeps our nation strong and our families' budgets intact.
Protecting Wyoming's Outdoor Heritage and Constitutional Rights Bo has long had a passion for Wyoming's mountains, outdoor heritage, and way of life. He cherishes time spent hunting and fishing in the bountiful multiuse public lands across our state.
Defending our God given Rights Second Amendment rights and public lands traditions are sacred. Bo understands that free markets and free enterprise — not government mandates or Washington bureaucracy — are what make America prosper and keep opportunity alive for working families.
Standing Up for Wyoming Agriculture Wyoming's farmers and ranchers feed America and protect our land. Bo is committed to defending our water rights, and ensuring Wyoming's agriculture industry has a fierce and proactive advocate in Congress. While the national left seeks to regulate our ranchers out of existence and drive up food costs for everyday families, Bo will fight to preserve the industry that has sustained our state since its founding and work to cut the red tape that raises prices from the farm to the dinner table. Wyoming has the best beef in the world, Bo will fight to end the monopoly on meat processing and open the market for our local meat processors and ranchers. Wyoming doesn’t need subsidized Argentinian beef!
Protecting the Unborn Bo is unapologetically pro-life and will always be a defender of the unborn and the sanctity of life. He believes that life is a precious gift from God, and every child — born and unborn — deserves protection. In Congress, just as he did in the Wyoming legislature, he will fight to defend the unborn, stand against abortion, support pregnancy resource centers helping mothers choose life, and oppose any taxpayer funding for abortion. Bo will continue to be an unwavering voice for those who can't speak for themselves.
Supporting Wyoming Veterans and F.E. Warren Air Force Base Wyoming has a proud and deep military tradition, and nowhere is that more evident than at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne. As one of the nation's most strategic military installations and home to the 90th Missile Wing, F.E. Warren is critical to our national defense, and critical to Wyoming's economy. Bo will fight to protect and grow F.E. Warren's mission, push back against any effort to reduce its footprint, and make sure it has the resources it needs to remain one of America's most important military installations for generations to come.

But Bo's commitment to those who serve doesn't stop at the base gate. Wyoming's veterans deserve a congressman who will always go to bat for them — cutting through VA red tape, fighting for the benefits they earned, and making sure the promises made to them when they signed up are kept. Too many Wyoming veterans are waiting too long for healthcare, struggling to access the benefits they're owed, and feeling like Washington has forgotten them. Bo hasn't forgotten them, and he won't.
A Tried and Tested Conservative Leader In 2025, Bo earned a perfect 100 score and was ranked as one of Wyoming's highest-rated conservatives by the Club for Growth for his voting record on pro-growth economic policies. He holds a 96 lifetime rating from the organization. The national Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) has awarded Bo a 100% rating for 2024, reflecting his consistent conservative voting record. His lifetime CPAC rating stands at 91%. In 2023, Bo earned distinction as one of eleven Wyoming state senators to receive CPAC's prestigious "Award for Conservative Excellence." Bo is a proven conservative who knows how to work with people to actually get things done — not just make noise.
A Clear Choice Wyoming faces a critical moment. President Trump is working to lower costs and put more money back in the pockets of hardworking Americans — and Wyoming deserves a congressman who will be right there with him every step of the way. While the radical left wants to undermine that progress with higher taxes, open borders, government-run healthcare, and socialist control over our lives, Bo is running to stop them and to work to deliver real relief for Wyoming's working families.

About Bo Biteman & His Family Bo and his wife, Mercedes, and their two daughters, Holly and Alyssa, live in Parkman, Wyoming in northern Sheridan County.
Bo has served in the Wyoming legislature since 2017, serving first in the Wyoming House of Representatives, before being elected to the Wyoming State Senate in 2018. He has served as President of the Wyoming Senate since 2025.
He is a landman with over 23 years in the oil, gas, and mining industry. This background has given Bo firsthand understanding of the challenges facing Wyoming's energy sector and how government overreach and excessive regulations drive up costs and negatively impact our state and local communities.

Bo has also spent 13 years serving on the volunteer fire department in Ranchester.
